FIVE THINGS TO DO WHEN THE WEATHER CHANGES IF YOU SUFFER FROM BODY PAIN:

1. Keep a heating pad handy.

2. Try to layer your clothing.

3. Take a hot shower or bath.

4. Try some type of body ointment like Icey hot, alcohol or arthritis cream.

5. Try to limit how much you move around and doing things while standing (Having a wheelchair might be useful in this case).
